Roofing Replacement
Initially, I was looking for a roof repair (about 10 ft sq). Now I am considering a roof replacement (house and detached garage) Total about 2000 sq ft). The current roof is between 25 and 30 years old and is asphalt shingle. Depending on cost I may consider upgrading to a tile or slate. By the way, there are solar panels(13) on the front of the house. I will desire at least 3 estimates.
