Kitchen remodel: demo kitchen countertops and flooring, remove old sinks and appliances, install new under-mount composite kitchen sinks, and have everything ready for countertops to be installed. Drywalling recessed lighting in both kitchen and bathroom, installing can lighting and 1 vanity light fixture, demo bathroom completely, along with eliminating wall heaters, drywalling everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom, and installing a curb for the shower. The price should include 1 bathroom faucet, 1 kitchen faucet, 1 kitchen sink with 2 basins, 1 toilet, 1 shower valve with head, and finished trim, upsizing the shower drain from 1 1/2” to 2”.
