Septic Tanks and Systems
A standard 4-family septic on a slight grade, split junction box. The work site has not been laid out yet. Septic site approved; no permit yet. Probably a 1000-gallon concrete tank just below grade. The project is looking like early fall 2024. We will need a water line and a power line dug too. Estimate power at 600 feet. The water line at 600 or 1000 feet has not been decided yet.
