Floor Joists Work
I experienced a water leak through an apparent "faulty pressure relief valve." This leak lasted for apparently over 30 days and was discovered when my monthly water bill doubled. I called a plumber, and the faulty pressure relief valve was replaced, and the leak was resolved. Now I need someone to dry the damaged floor joists and standing water on the vapor barrier and possibly other areas of damaged joists and flooring underlayment before mold sets in.
