Home Renovation/Addition
The house has been a rental property for the last 25 years but we are ready to move back in July, 2026. House is very old, challenging layout due to the slope on the property, and have "interesting" transition to the floor flow. The house obviously need serious renovation and would like to expand some area (master bed, possibly add office, more shop area in garage) if possible. You can look at the picture in Zillow.
