Basement Remodeling
I am in town from Thursday morning (08/07) until Saturday afternoon (08/10) and would love to walk the property and get a quote.
I would like to convert the basement to a livable space and add it to the house's total sqft. To achieve that, I envision adding 2-4 windows to the basement and creating two bedrooms. Depending on budget, we may also entertain adding a half bath.
I would also like to renovate a half bath on the first floor to a full bath.
