Hoping for a good price-to-quality ratio.
Kitchen appliances are good; we want to move the stove, which will involve moving a gas pipe 2 feet or less, and run new plumbing to put the sink and dishwasher by the window. We want to remove a non-load-bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room, and we want to put as wide of an opening as possible in a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and the living room.
We want to redo all the current counters in a medium-thin dark granite and redo the cabinets. We want to add a matching counter and maybe cabinets running along the window wall from the corner up into the dining room, including a small breakfast bar. We can redo the floor to LVP if needed.
