Custom home on large lot (7 or 10 acres) hillside in Cave Creek.
The project is a 2 story hillside guesthouse. Total square feet is approximately 2,800. Exterior is concrete. Includes tall ceilings (14 ft upstairs and 14 ft downstairs). Open living space for kitchen, living, and dining and closed room for laundry and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms mirroring each other in layout. Footprint of dwelling is approximately 30' by 60' and height is 29'. Retaining wall needed to support house. There is solar power and well water (currently functional) that will need to be connected.
