Project name: Casa de los Gemelos
We have already purchased the lot which is 5.32 acres and is on an escarpment. The house is going to be Spanish revival with Art Deco, Art Nouveau & eclectic influences. We want the square foot size to be between 6,000 - 9,500 sq feet (A/C space). I think the square footage is a little tricky since the lot is in an upscale gated neighborhood. We are thinking of resale throughout the design. Overall, we want the home to resemble a Hollywood mansion from the 1920s. As shown in the plans attached, we want 3 levels including a semi walkout basement.
