It needs to be separated from the main house but connected by a porte cochere in-law suite with a kitchenette, washer, and dryer. The main house needs to have separate office space, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, a master bedroom with two WICs, or one large space with an island. The remaining 3 bedrooms will be good-sized and have walk-in closets. Two rooms are joined by Jack and Jill's bathroom. One room has its own bathroom. Loft area. It was nice to put a small built-in desk in the hallway. Laundry upstairs with cabinet space and sink. The kitchen will have a 10-foot island with a gas stove and double ovens.
