Home Addition
Looking to get a city permit for an addition. Will need a plot plan, foundation plan, wall details, exterior elevations, existing floor plans, and proposed floor plan. May also need a structural plan. I have a city permit manual, which describes what the expectations are for getting a permit, rough existing and proposed floor plans (in LibreCAD) to scale, and a parcel map. Basically we are moving the back wall back into what is now covered patio space.
