we are looking to do a full restaurant build out in an existing restaurant shell. The shopping center in undergoing a renovation. We would be taking the existing 3,164sf restaurant and the 1,130sf office space next door and combining them. We will need to build out a walk-in fridge/freeze. update/move current hood vent system and update fire suppression. upgrading the outdoor grease trap. building an indoor bar and smaller outdoor bar. convert the current drive thru into outdoor seating.
