Back Porch Repair
Three post & two beams need removal.
One 2 x 8-fascia board on right side of porch need removal.
Approximately 10 sq. ft. of 1/2" roof decking & roofing material need removal
Three new 4 x 6 post, set into new metal anchors secured in cement needed.
Two new 4 x 10 x 16' beams will probably need installation.
Fascia board with new 2 x 8 and 1 x 4 trim boards at drywall and roofing need replacing.
Approximately10 sq. ft. of 1/2" OSB roof decking probably need installing.
The drywall ceiling will need scraping.
All drywall and new wood will need Priming & Painting.
