We need to replace our existing 25 - ton Trane condensing unit and corresponding DX coil providing air conditioning for the sanctuary has no refrigerant. Unit is original to the construction of the building and has exceeded its designed lifespan. NAC, our current HVAC company, recommends replacing the condensing unit, DX coil, line set, and accessories.
