Roof Repair
1. Upper unite partial shingle roof and the rest flat roof:
Remove all layers af shingles (5)
Remove all rotted wood and install new 3/4 plywood and 1x6 as
needed
Install new shingles on sloped roof
Install Rubber roof (EPDM) on low pitch roof and flat roof.
Install coping edge and termination bar as needed
2. Low pitch roof see section J and K on the roof diagram
Clean all dirt filled areas on the drain sections
Patch all holes in the roof
Unplug the drains
Seal coated the entire area
3. All flat roof areas that have existing EPDM. (see section L, V, S,
...)
Remove all trees that grew through the roof
Patch all areas that are repairable.
Install new EPDM rubber roofing where the rubber is missing or
damage beyond repair
Tape all joints that are still repairable
