There are 3-4 items I want to accomplish.
DESCRIPTION:
This older condo has a 100 amp panel, which is just about full. I want a vehicle charger and a couple of ceiling fans installed, but am worried that the panel is inadequate.
ITEMS NEEDED: (in order of importance)
(1) I want to add a 220V 30-50 amp plug for an EV Charger.
(2) Upgrade the panel to a 200 amp.
(3) during the upgrade, relocate the panel so I can knock down the small section of wall where it is now (in kitchen - see pics).
(4) rewire lights in two rooms and add mount for ceiling fan fixture (instead of wall sconces)
