Kitchen Remodel
I want to have a 20 year old kitchen removed. This includes cabinets, island, countertops,and backsplash.
Here are my specifications.
Obtain all required government permits to perform work
Job-site Preparation and removal
Set up flooring protection to protect hardwood flooring in kitchen and adjacent rooms.
Remove and relocate appliances for reinstallation.
Remove existing kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash.
Haul away and dispose of cabinets, counter tops, and backsplash when removed do not store or put a dumpster on the premises.
Plumbing & Ventilation
Plumbing Rough-in and Plumbing Finish
Disconnect and cap existing plumbing connections.
New sink, faucet, and garbage disposal to be supplied by owner (SBO).
Install new sink, new faucet, and new garbage disposal.
