Roof Maintenance
I’d like to ask if you provide free estimates for smaller projects. I’m located in North Chelmsford, MA, and I’m looking for seasonal maintenance on the roof of an extension on my Cape Cod–style home. The roof is approximately 12x9 ft, a coated low-slope roof (no shingles). There are no leaks at this time, but I’d like preventive maintenance done before winter (re-sealing solution, coating as needed).
I’d also like to address the existing flashing around the roof edges throughout the house—checking for gaps or holes and re-flashing or re-caulking where necessary to ensure a proper seal.
If you also handle siding work, I’m considering the installation of decorative PVC or exterior white trim on all house corners to improve appearance.
