I'm looking for schedule and cost estimates for drywall repair. First area: appx. 3'x5', bathroom ceiling due to past water damage from upstairs (now fixed and dry); second area: appx. 3'x2' section cut from wall of adjoining room from previous plumbing work & diagnosing leak from upstairs. This is a 6-unit, 3-story condo building. The scope of work is: Installing a wall in the stairwell across the 2nd floor landing. Installing a sliding pocket door to allow access through that wall.
