I have an electrical issue. I had a couple of fluorescent bulbs go out in my office area. I bought new bulbs and installed them—the exact type that burned out.
When I turned on the light switch, nothing worked.
My landlord said that it could be the ballast that is no good or a wiring issue.
The office has been without proper lighting for over a week now, and I haven't heard back from anyone.
