Bathroom Addition
Hi, Andrew Martinez had referred me to your company. Hoping you can help us with our projects:
1) We would like to add an additional bathroom to the 2nd story. Currently, we have a loft area that isn't being utilized, and wanted to see if it was a possibility to build out a bathroom into the loft area. We need some guidance on feasibility and cost.
2) We have a small side yard (rough approximation of 4 ft x 35 ft) that we would like to pave with concrete. Currently, it is overgrown with weeds. For this project, we would need to submit an application and get approved by our HOA, but currently don't see a problem with this.
