Full gut of a small full bathroom. Approximately 40 sq feet. New tub, tile, remove wall mounted mirror, new Vanity, LVT flooring. Center lighting fixture to new vanity. texture, paint walls. repair damage to area behind existing shower tiles as no cement board was used by builder. Replace toilet with low flush model, change out single pane to low e dual pane window. Propose I buy most materials, window would be an exception.
