Roofing
Ridge vent was not installed correctly and has been allowing gaps to form of up to 1" between the roof and the vent material, possibly allowing for rain to leak in. Also was told that the roofing was not installed correctly around the two vents, which also could be cause to allow rain to leak in.
I was already advised to replace the ridge vent and have it fully installed correctly. Also that the plumbing vent tube boot needs to be replaced and the roofing around both the plumbing and heating vents needs to be addressed to allow for proper drainage of rain.
