I need assistance in finding a local architect who can provide us with the necessary commercial room addition drawings. We have almost 180,000 sq ft of space and have to add a free-standing small aux concrete block mechanical room to one of our buildings. We have a long-term builder/contractor that will be doing the building but we need formal plans that we can submit to the city for a building permit for the project. The room will be small (10 ft X 20 ft). room will be located at zip 45240 on one corner of an existing concrete pad so storm water runoff will be unchanged.
