Bathroom Addition
Add a 10’x12’ full bathroom/closet with walk-in shower to a frame house on footers & stem wall.
I'm a state-licensed contractor myself, & I'm looking for a small but experienced contractor to assist me in adding a 10'x13' bathroom addition to a one-story wood frame house on footers & stem walls. full bath to have a walk-in shower & walk-in closet. I don't necessarily need a contractor that can pull permits; I can do that as well as get plans & engineering. I need a good sub who's got w/comp, insurance & good work ethics.
