Scope Details:
Ghost Kitchen Space
- existing- old equipment still in the space
- set up hookups, new equipment needed
- utilize as much as possible in existing space
Convenience Store
- keep unit the same
Beauty Salon
- create separate rooms for each stylist
- each stylist will be a tenant
- no common area
Rear Building
existing:
- 2 stories- was an event hall & residential space
- first floor event hall, second story is 2 3-br apartments
Plan:
- keep event hall the same- open space
- upstairs, split into 6 office, 3 at each side
- personal office at the end by stairs
- needing the internal staircase rebuilt
- no elevator
