Multi-Residential Work
1. LR carpet/hall needs replacements, so might as well do it all. Cracked/loose tile in kitchen, dining, 1 bathroom & can't find replacement tiles, so it probably all needs to be replaced. Looking at flooring options. Don't mind replacing carpet with carpet, tile with tile, but if there's a better idea...
2. Kitchen cabinet(s) need spot refinishing or something.
3. Also need some spot painting - don't really want to repaint it all.
