I am moving to Columbia in October and the house that I am buying needs the toilets replaced and the floor replaced. One of the problems is the laundry electric panel breakers. Double tapping present (2 wires on 1 breaker). A licensed electrician is recommended to further evaluate all of the electrical system and its components and repair. Panel partially labeled. Cover missing screws. Wrong type of screw used in panel cover, pointed screw. Second problem is plumbing - leak under hall bath drain. Tile damaged behind toilet.
