COSMETIC Bathroom Remodel CASH Client
SCOPE:
Seeking full primary bathroom and closet remodel. I would like to remove the wall between the two spaces and make it one open space. This includes running new tile throughout. I am leaving all main fixtures in their original placement but upgrading all of them. I would like my shower converted to a steam shower. I want to add a toilet with bidet features that will require an additional outlet. And I want to add a washer/dryer combo unit into the closet. New vanity with matching linen storage and matching drawers in closet for clothing storage. I have attached my inspiration board and images of the current space.
