In April 2001, 180 degrees came to fruition out of the desire to provide the highest level of quality construction for our clients through restraint, rigor, craftsmanship and patience. 180 degrees is a design-build company that holds residential and commercial licenses and our staff is comprised of both licensed architects and architecturally trained individuals. As architects, our understanding of the philosophy behind the architectural concept gives us the unique position to execute details based on natural conditions that relate to site, energy, and integration into the context in which the project is being constructed.
In January 2007, 180 degrees design was established to provide our clients with architectural design services. Our experience as general contractors gives us great insight into developing architecture that meets the needs of our clients and their budgets. Whether we serve our clients with architectural services, construction services or a design-build team, we seamlessly transform the architectural vision and philosophy of the project intent into meaningful spatial dimension.
In 2008 we were honored to receive the Arizona AIA Contractor of the Year Award.
