Replace 4 stack from just above basement floor to just above sanitary tee on 1st floor vanities. install new kitchen stack from just above basement floor to just above sanitary tee in first floor kitchen. hook up toilets vanities and kitchen sik facuet on finish. install 4 galvanized flu pipe on water heater only

Replace 4 cast iron stack for master bathroom from just above basement floor to just above drain arm on first floor m/b sink. install new drain arm for toilet shower and sink

Replace stack from just above concrete floor in basement to just under ceiling in basement to include all drain arms. replace shower walls and shower base in masterbath. install positemp faucet in same. replace shower door

Replace first floor toilet. replace cast iron stack in basement from just above concrete floor up to just below ceiling in basement to include new drain arm and closet collar for toilet and new cleanout tee in basement

Replace 50 gallon electric water heater. replace 4 stack from unit 8 vent down to drain just above office floor below. hook up to drain arms for sink and tub

Barn addition

(npr) install two new shut offs on first floor sink. install new trap and patented overflow drain assembly. remove laundry tub in basement. break up floor and install new standpipe and drain arm for washer and laundry tub. install new faucet and shut offs on 2nd floor vanity. install new drain

Replace stack from basement floor up to basement ceiling to include new arm for toilet and flange and tub drain. tie in drain for lav in basement

Replace 4 stack in basement with pvc includes two horizontal branches and one vertical branch. connect onto 2 kitchen drain in basement

Replace stack from just above basement floor up to just above drain arm on vanity in hall bathroom to include drain arms for two sinks two toilets and one tub and one shower

Replacement of the water service from the outlet side of the meter pit to the foundation. rewpair is to include installation of a new meter yoke pit rim and cover all as needed

Replace 50 gallon short electric water heater. replace kitchen faucet. replace lunch room faucet. replace dark room ball valves

Install one battery back up system for sump pump. install 2 toilets. install one shower faucet. install one kitchen faucet

Spot repair of no less than 10 to include up to 15 with work starting approx 15 from the transition and progressing downstream towards the main
