communication are key fundamental elements that blossom creativity and progress. The design behind projects is driven by formed function and inspired imagination drawn from our series of phased meetings.

Our "one-stop shop" studio approach assists you in avoiding the trouble of finding the trusting entities needed to design, bid and build your project. We have all the resources to fulfill your needs including relations to trusting engineering consultants and honest sub-contractors. Our working relationships are a constant feedback loop of information and communication with you, us, and our consultants to keep creative projects on track and on schedule.

Andrew and Jackie are also Professors of Architecture

where they teach classes to the future Architects, Builders, and Construction Inspectors of California at Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, adjacent to their Alma Meter Cal Poly Pomona.

They are also close collaborators with Aphidoidea, an architectural art-installation collective founded together with Paulina Bouyer-Magana and Jesus Eddie Magana who are creative, architecturally driven individuals. Collectively they co-founded Aphidoidea with the simple philosophy of an OPEN design collaborative with other designers including, but not limited to, graphic designers, film makers, builders, web developers, and technologists, with an emphasis on design interaction via the environment.
