A-Plus Construction Group was founded in 2009 by Sulaiman Haris (Graduated from construction college based in Germany), and his Partner David Gainey (Master Carpenter) as HD European American Painting. in 2014, the company expanded to cover more areas in Virginia, and also became a Class A BLD licensed Contractor.

With the expansion, we continue to hold true to the values established since the beginning, and remain focused on quality craftsmanship and an excellent customer service. We acknowledge that our success in providing quality work has always been dependent on the talents, and commitments our founder and CEO Sulaiman Haris, and his employees brought to this company.
