This is how we work
Bid Presentation
We will go to your home and give you a bid presentation, we will present the bid with all elements that were incorporated. At this stage we will be able to give you a remarkably close range of your project cost. Once the contract is signed, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to finalize the design and reassess project details.
Plans and Permits
Once the contract is signed, we will begin submitting all the necessary paperwork to the City and Country. Permits can take between one week and several months, depending on the scope of work.
Starting the Remodel
Once the materials have been ordered and the plans approved, we will be your remodel. One of our experienced project managers will be on-site to discuss all the details for moving forward. You will receive access to our state-of-the-art Client Management System. This will enable you to login to your personal account and view your weekly schedule, the design plans, cabinet design and material selections, as well as the tasks for your project manager and design team. This is an invaluable tool that will keep you informed every step of the way.
Project Continues
We will work hard every day to complete your project on time will the highest quality standards. You will be in constant communication with your project manager as well as our quality control personnel.
Complete Remodels
Once your project is complete, we will personally deliver your line waivers and the warranty paperwork. You will be receiving a satisfaction survey, to rate your experience with AA Sky Construction inc. We highly value your feedback, as it allows us to identify ways, we can improve our services. We are confident that you will enjoy your new Addition, a new remodel by AA Sky Construction inc.
