Paid this guy (Jack Brewer) To do some construction remodeling for my business and he have not finish with the job, I have paid him 80% of the total cost and he only finish about 30% of the job. He runs a company called AALL Services LLC and his new company now called Custom builders Austin LLC. He has done this to many of his customers and worker where he took the money and finish either some or none. He hasn't paid his workers for months also. With my project have been delay it for over a year now. I am hoping something can be done soon about this matter because this is happening to too many people he deals with.

BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!! JACK BREWER AND AALL SERVICES IS A SCAM!!HE STOLE $32000 from me. He was not a registered contractor in NBTX but took my money and never did one thing. I have sued him to NO avail because he is hiding!!!

We signed a contract in 2021 Oct for extending our home with an inlaws suit( so you can imagine it was quite a big project.) - we went with him due to BuildZoom's recommendation and score.

As per the contract, he was supposed to complete the project by march 2022.

We have paid all the money, but as of march 2023, he has completed only 60% of the work and left us in limbo.

Don't trust Aall Services / Jack. caveat emptor.

They were awesome to deal with; timely and professional!

The multi-room repair project is still underway. Demo part of the property is completed. Scheduled to finish in the next phase in one to two weeks if all goes well.

There have been some delays to complete the repair. Part of the issue was due to 3rd round of covid pandemic affecting workers scheduled on the job and; therefore, backlog of work occurred. The other is an extreme demand on contractors services from what I hear throughout the area.

Aall Services has been very responsive to all of calls/text messages on work scheduled timeline.

Aall Services is offering to make amends for the delay by providing additional services at no cost which is greatly appreciated.

What would work best to me would be that set deadlines are acknowledged in some way on the website; therefore, expectations are understood by both parties (contractor vs client).

Thanks for checking on the contractors' works with clients. It's greatly appreciated to hear from BuildZoom. I feel better supported in hiring the contractor. Having the confidence in the contractor is upmost important to me!

Jack was amazing to work with he was very informative and actually showed us the reason that the foundation was giving us issues went through every aspect of the repair offered a good better and best repair options instead of just a one size fits all solution and then all the way through the project he kept us informed of what was happening we did run into a rain delay and that is kind of expected when you’re digging holes in the ground causes issues but he was informative he kept us up-to-date amazing to work with overall we are thrilled and will definitely use them again
