My Experience With Able Flores Contracting: Able Flores was Hired by my husband and I for a Job totaling $59,500.00 He did concrete work, metal building, travertine floors throughout our home, granite, bathroom remodel. Bid were not as agreed upon, actual work was much high after we signed contract, and was not told until after materials were ordered, and actually not told until work was completed, except for work that his crew did, the bid seemed extremely high, I was told that we would only be charged actual cost plus 8%. That turned out not to be true. As work the work quality, my shower still leaks and water puddles at the shower head end of the shower. There are other problems to many to go into here. You can always contact me and come by and see work quality for yourself. The concrete work and Metal building, My husband and I are very pleased with, except for and additional %8 contractor cost, which were told by Able Flores that his estimate had profit built in and there would not be a contractor fee for this work. Except for concrete work and metal building work, the job was at minimal an ordeal, and very unprofessional.
