I would not recommend these people to anyone under any circumstances, unless you seek to have your plumbing destroyed and to get no customer service or return on your calls. My landlord, the 2nd worst in all 5 boros, employs them because they are so desperate for business they will accept her low payments. They “repaired” a leak, today,by leaving the tips of two pipes sticking above ground 2 inches, which will prove hazardous to anyone stepping into my bathroom. In past visits, they rendered my bath and shower inoperable; they rendered useless my kitchen and bathroom sinks.
