Absolute Comfort Services, based in Saint Francis, is a BBB-accredited HVAC company that provides master level heating and cooling service and installation.

We started this company in response to the lack of honesty and integrity that represents the majority of the industry. We have many years of accrued experience working for several other companies. It was difficult for us when we were continuously asked to lie and deceive customers to cover a mistake or additional job cost. We believe strongly in honesty and integrity when dealing with customers. For us, an individual sale from a customer that never calls back is a loss. We want customers to return to us with repeat business over many years because they trust us to get the job done right the first time.

We also believe strongly in correct and proper equipment sizing and installation. We have an academic level understanding of physics and especially thermal dynamics which allows us to install your new equipment to virtually guarantee long life. Our deep understanding of the mechanics of any heating or cooling appliance helps us to 'see' upcoming parts failures. The passion we have for our work motivates us to constantly be on the lookout for new techniques and challenges. When the 'other guys' consistently make return trips for the same problem, we fix it the first time.
