An absolute nightmare of a company. From the incredibly rude and unpleasant woman who seems to be the owner to the defective product they sold us. Stay away from this company. They'll take your money, sell you a non working alarm panel and then charge you $350 for a service call to come and press a reset button and leave. We have been without a working fire alarm for well over a year. Shameful.

I had the EXACT same experience as the user above. We were charged $340 for the technician to come reset our system. The incredibly rude lady Taryn, who answers the phones as the "supervisor" threatened to "charge us more" just for questioning the large expense for such a small task. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. It took them 2 weeks to fix our fire alarm. They had to return 5 times.
Ironically, the fire alarm had no issues until they came and did their inspection...then the problems began.
There people are scam artists. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company. If they will try to cheat a church, they will try to cheat anybody.
