Based out of Newark, Ohio, Ace Construction & Design serves Licking and surrounding counties in all aspects of residential and light commercial construction. Offering design, new construction and renovation, as well as maintenance/repair services, we strive to be the right fit for you and your family.

Ace Construction was founded in 2021 by Caleb and Kailey Nethers. With a background working as a project manager/estimator for local central Ohio residential and light commercial contractors as well as large national reach contractors previously, Ace Construction and Design was started out of a passion to work with clients on a personal level, complete projects in a hands-on manner, and share in the joy of a job well done.
