ACE Fence and Deck was started in 1999 by current owner Rob Bruno Jr. The company grew from being a home-based startup business in 1999 to moving to a 20×20 building in Millersport in 2003.
The company continued to grow through excellent customer service and largely due to the second and third projects that existing customers were having completed. This led ACE to make another significant leap for a still young, but up and coming, company.
We secured the new, current location in 2006 in Baltimore, Ohio on state route 37. This very visible location allowed more people to put a face to the name on all the job signs seen around their town.
The company now has grown not only because of excellent service or word of mouth, but they had now been given a face and an identity. This really started impacting the industry as word spread of some of the great features and benefits in doing business with ACE.
ACE also started getting some of the larger commercial projects, in addition to the continual growth of their list of satisfied residential clients. The industry effect was more companies doing what ACE had been doing from the beginning.
