A new 400 amp service was installed inside the building just north of the grain bins. wire was trenched from the new service over to a 400 amp terminal box on the bin next to the dryer. feeders were then tapped off of the terminal box to go to the dryer and blower system
There was a building in this location previously that had a 3-wire feeder going to it so that existing 3-wire feeder was used to supply power to the new building. typical shop wiring: lighting door openers receptacles compressor boiler and water heater
Old shop burned down last year. new shop was built over the winter. there is an existing terminal box that fed the previous shop. we will be powering this shop off of that existing terminal box. other than that this is a standard farm shop with new wiring for lighting receptacles door openers etc

Adding a 200 amp panel in this farm shop which will also refeed the existing 100 amp panel. branch circuit wiring will also be added for lights receptacles and equipment
Bedroom addition to existing house. there are just two circuits being added one for lights and receptacles and one for baseboard heat. sub-panel being added in the basement to accommodate these two circuits

New single phase 600 amp service to be installed. 200 amp feeders to be ran to existing corn dryer. 225 amp feeders to be ran to blower system inside dryer shed. 80 amp feeders ran to branch circuit panel inside dryer shed. branch circuit wiring for: blower motor air lock unload motor wet corn incline auger motor lights and receptacles in dryer shed
New 3-phase 120/208 800 amp service to be installed. automatic transfer switch and generator will also be included in this installation. new 600 amp feeders were ran from new service to grain receiving shed. feeders also redone from main service to yard pole 400 amp disconnect
Added 3 receptacles in the laundry room added receptacles in basement office added kitchen countertop receptacle in kitchen (south of sink) added undercabinet lights in kitchen installed exhaust fans in main floor bathroom and basement bathroom and replaced 12 space interior with a 16 space interior in sub-panel in basement
Three motors were wired in order to transport a new ingredient into their feed mill system. the unloader or agitator motor is a 3-phase motor that is ran through a vfd and controlled by their plc system in the feed mill. the incline motor and auger into mixer motors are both single phase motors that are controlled through their plc system as well. a sub-panel was also installed to cre... see more
