When my father purchased the unit two years ago, this will be the third year, and the first year we didn't have nothing but problems with it, it wouldn't work, it kept shutting the electricity off, they had the house colder than the other. It wouldn't shut off, it wouldn't do right. They had to keep coming back and ended up, last year, replacing it and put whole another unit in it. They had to come out, the corporate came out, they brought machines out. Trying to get rims on it. Find out why it wouldn't run. But they keep telling me because there's water up underneath the house. I was not done having issues, today's the hottest day has been and it's been running all day and they still hasn't shown up and have that splitter running. And this is something's not right in the whole situation, period.

They were fairly priced. They said that they're gonna show up on a certain time and they showed up on time. They were very neat, they were very clean. The inspector came out from the county said that they did great work.
