Kenny is a smooth good old boy talker who is very dishonest. I've been unsuccessful at finding anyone that's satisfied with the home he built since they're very low quality builds using the lowest priced subcontractors he can find.
If you are considering using him to build a new home or buying a spec home he's built, please save yourself a lot of grief and go with someone else.

Great proposal and lots of promises from the contractor. Once the work started it was downhill from there. Permits never got pulled, poor communication, and very rookie work crews that didn’t come close to a finish product.
