Unprofessional in the extreme. Didn't bother to leave notice of a patio door replacement project for our complex until the night before (and on a holiday, no less), forcing me to rearrange my entire schedule. When I told him I was unable to remove blinds and get them back up by myself, he *yelled* at me that it wasn't his responsibility, and he wouldn't let me finish a sentence. The guy with whom I dealt was Daniel Tousignant. Avoid at all costs.
