ALTIS CONSTRUCTION LLC is a fully licensed, bonded and commercially insured general contractor. We work both residential and commercial projects such as remodels, ground-up builds, demolition, insurance claims, frontage improvements, utility installation, and much more. We started our company in 2012 as a three-way partnership and now have full time employees as carpenters, laborers as well as some trusty hired guns at the ready to pitch in.
We have teamed up with local architects, engineers and design consultants to collaborate with our clients. Altis has also formed relationships with the appropriate city, state, and county entities to provide a complete, thoroughly planned, and legal product. Our commercial builds accommodate ADA regulations, all health and safety codes, all aspects of structural integrity, fire code, landscaping regulations and any and all applicable laws.
Altis strives not only to build the best product possible but also to consider deeply the relationship of structure, living space and environment. Much of our time is spent deciding location, design, local impact, safety and the logistical issues regarding the realities of the construction site. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast as some like to say!
The name of our company Altis is the title of the ancient Greek archeological site occupied by various worshipers from 750 BCE to about 400 BCE. “In connection with the cult of Zeus the Altis was then given the name Olympia, with famous Olympia, Greece being built on this site where also the first Olympic Games took place here, once every four years.”
