The service rep that came out to our home (Bob Fuchs) was very knowledgable about the product he was replacing our older system with. He was very polite and professional while in our home. He also answered questions (precisely) about different combinations of units in my efforts to try to save some money.
Aside from his professionalism and knowledge of his product he knew what problems he would run into when trying to incorporate an older A/C system with a new furnace. (( as a retired Ex-Service tech myself )) i appreciate that knowledge to no end.
