Spray Foam Insulation provides the highest R-value of any insulation product and is the only insulation certified by the Air Barrier Association of America. Spray foam has the fastest payback of any energy efficient upgrade available on the market today!
Spray Polyurethane Foam Roofing is recognized as a "Green Roof" system by ORNL for flat roofs. SPF Roofing is also known for outstanding air sealing, insulation, waterproofing and asbestos roof encapsulation plus many other system benefits. Coated Foam Roofing is typically 30% cheaper initial cost than alternative roof restorations with the same benefits and have the lowest life cycle cost of any flat roof system.
Resinous Floor Coatings are used to protect exposed concrete in Hangars, Commercial & Industrial Kitchens, Car Dealerships, School Bathrooms, Factories, Pharmaceutical Plants, Plating Facilities, Chemical Plants and many other places. Protecting your concrete from acids, oils and other contaminants can extend the structural integrity and life-cycle of your buildings.
Fluid Applied Air Barriers are becoming a code requirement in many states and air leakage minimum requirements are already documented in the Dept of Energy's most recent IECC code requirements for new construction. Apex specializes in fluid applied air barriers and SPF Air and Moisture Barrier Systems for Exterior Walls on Commercial and Industrial buildings to minimize the air leakage for new code requirements.
