Applied Roofing Services (ARS) has been roofing Los Angeles (and the surrounding area) since 2003. We are a full service roof company specializing in flat or low slope roofs. We use the highest quality products for our spray applied roof systems.
Our company maintains a qualified applicator status with all material suppliers, each of our applicators have 20+ years experience in the spray applied roofing industry while our management has over 50+ combined years experience in the roofing industry. Our experience provides the highest quality customer service in all areas of repair, maintenance, inspections and new roof systems building relationships for better business.
We service the entire Southern California region from San Diego to the High Desert with services available to Northern California upon request. All of our roofing systems are energy efficient and a green roofing solution (Energy Star, CRRC and Title 24 approved).
We are licensed and insured, and are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.
Our companies owner and management have been in the spray applied roofing industry since its inception in the early 1970s.
We are capable of handling large commercial industrial properties, but also have the personal touch of handling your residential roofing needs.
