AQUA Custom Homes is a full service construction company with 26 years in the industry. We’ve built more than 250,000 sq ft of commercial buildings and over 120 homes throughout the Midwest and south west Florida.
As a Marco Island home builder we ensure each home is designed with it’s location in mind. We’ll view your site plan via Google Earth prior to construction to ensure the architecture of the home best captures the island views surrounding it.
Unlike many of our competitors, we utilize the latest technology to update our customers throughout the construction process. From drone videos, to FaceTime meetings to weekly job site progress photos we communicate with you every step of the way.
Our homes are built using the highest quality materials including hand milled oak staircases, custom cabinetry, cypress tongue and groove ceilings, and solid mahogany doors to name a few. Our goal isn’t to build the most homes on Marco Island, rather the most beautiful homes.
